Salon policies
By making an appointment with The Beauty Hive you agree to our salon policies:
Cancellations -
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Please note all services are NON REFUNDABLE.
Arriving Late -
Please let me know if you are running late, if you are more than 10 minutes late this will result in your appointment being cancelled, as this will lead into my whole day being behind schedule.
No Shows -
Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.
Lash Full Set Deposits -
All lash extension FULLSETS require a non refundable 20% deposit.
A cancellation within the 24 hour time frame of your appointment will result in your deposit lost.
(Deposits will be returned or used as credit if cancelled before the 24 hour notice period)
Retail Policy
The Beauty Hive accepts returns or exchanges in the form of a store credit only (no refunds), on products that are returned within 30 days of purchasing the item.
The products MUST be unopened, unused and in original condition to be eligible for a store credit.
If the products have been opened, used or not in original condition, we will not be issuing a return, as this prevents us from being able to resell the item.
We DO NOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All shipping is through Australia Post only, we will keep you updated on your tracking.
We ship our products within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
